I cannot update at all I get error code 802
I'm not getting an error code at all. This is a well known issue at this point. Hopefully Microsoft will do the right thing and eventually release an easy fix for this.

I cannot update at all I get error code 8024000B
The only solution now is a refresh/rebuild. There's no other automated fix. The servicing stack is screwed up and can't get this update installed.
I'm sorry that I don't have any better solution.
After all this time this is unacceptable. Microsoft made the mistake they need to own up to it and fix this.
