It sees an issue, it's rolling back from the patching process to let you keep a functional machine. This is a waste of time. How do I unsubscribe to this? There is no solution other than reinstalling from scratch; UNACCEPTABLE. Microsoft won't fix the problem. So, can somebody tell me how to stop receiving these emails? Thanks

By refresh/rebuild, does that mean re-installing Windows 8 and then upgrading to Windows 8.1 again?
