I have a brand new computer only 3 days old.
When I turn the computer on it comes up with:
"We couldn’t complete the updates, Undoing changes. Don’t turn off your computer."
There are no error codes. I have followed your instructions in 1., but I am unable to pull up anything on the screen. Have pressed Windows button and still nothing that will allow me to change PC settings.
Please help as this has been stuck on this for several hours. It's a new computer so this is strange I am having this issue.
Started a brand new thread:
Follow on to: Error: We couldn’t complete the updates, Undoing changes. Don’t turn off your computer.
and uploaded my WindowsUpdate.log file to OneDrive.
It just says KB2919355 failed to update. No error code.
Robert, Procmon is not end user friendly. It's a geeky tool.
Let's try another tact. Install one update one at a time. Which one has the problem?
and also I'd strongly recommend starting a brand new thread so you can get better fresher eyeballs on your case. Buried on page 50 of this one you get a bit lost.
