This is just not the case. Yeah there are lot of complaints to satisfied customers here but it is a fact of human physocoligy that those who are satisfied are to busy doing top both express their opinion. according to articles in both c/net and Neowin Most users have installed the 8.1 update and that is why you will not get any more updates starting today unless the 8.1 update is installed. Where did CNET and Neowin obtain the data you cite with respect to the number or percentage of users who have successfully installed or not installed the update? Does Microsoft or some other organization have a database of this information? If so, how and where did they obtain the information to populate the database?
