Whenever i install updates in windows 8.1 on going to PC settings and then Update and Recovery. First the content is download and then it is installed but at the end (after all the process) it says that failed to installed the updates. When i went to the update history it is giving error of 80200056 all time. Can you please help me with this?

running two operating systems might be the problem Running two operating systems (e.g. dual booting) might actually be a help because then you would at least have something to break the loop. See others comments in this thread about using bcdedit to get out of the loop in a similar way. BTW saying IE and Chrome makes me think that you are thinking of your browsers, not two OS but I understand that there may be such a thing as Chrome an OS , so in that case you would already be dual-booting.
