@ showmethefacts , open an Admin command prompt and paste in the four commands in sequence to backup your existing log files. From the same command prompt, you can then run Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth which will create new log files. I am not a OneDrive expert so there may be a better way. I opened a browser, went to https://onedrive.live.com/ to access the OneDrive web user interface and did the uploads of c:\windows\logs\cbs\cbs.log and c:\windows\logs\dism\dism.log followed by creating the share links. No need to convert the logs into PDFs.

Questions: Is this a single command prompt, or 4 separate command prompts: From an admin command prompt: cd \windows\logs\cbs rename cbs.log cbs.log-20150310 cd \windows\logs\dism rename dism.log dism.log-20150310 Then at what point to I create the log by pasting the CBS stuff in a browser window?

@ showmethefacts , the CBS.log can get very large. I would suggest renaming it and the DISM.log and doing another 'Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth'. From an admin command prompt: cd \windows\logs\cbs rename cbs.log cbs.log-20150310 cd \windows\logs\dism rename dism.log dism.log-20150310 This time the CBS.log and DISM.log files were under 50KB. I went to https://onedrive.live.com/ , logged in and uploaded the two files. I then right-clicked on each file, selected Share / Get a link / View only and then Create link . It turns out that selecting both files at the same time results in a link that subsequently shows icons for the two files rather than immediately loading them.

is this better? That was better. It still can't be used by Word Online but I managed to download all 21 MB of it. Unfortunately it starts after the time of your last RestoreHealth. Try again? Also, strangely, when I open it in Reader (since it is a .pdf) it can not be copied? I guess it is too big for Reader's functionality too. Perhaps it is also exceeding the capabilities of Reader's Find tool? In that case, if you know what page to look at for the time of an instance of a RestoreHealth event, it looks like I could at least get to a specific page (using Reader's Ctrl-g command). FWIW it looks like you captured a big update that was in progress and show only 2 minutes of that event. I'm wondering if the problem is that you are opening CBS.log originally in your Word and then Word is (for some reason) saving it as a .pdf? Try using Notepad instead? Then you should be able to upload it as a plain text file and just post a link to that. BTW it looks like the timestamp that we were interested in has gone from the current CBS.log so then you would have to check the other pieces to see if was in one of them or just do another RestoreHealth attempt and capture the CBS.log for that event.
