8.1 install error 0xC1900101-0x40019 and 0x80070652

I tried to install 8.1, and after downloading and appearing to install, my PC hang for about 2 hours. I reboooted and recieved a message that 8.1 could not be installed, and reverting to 8.0. Error message 0xC1900101-0x40019

This morning I again tried to install from the Store, and immediately got a message This app was not installed. Error message 0x80070652

Any idea as to how to install 8.1?

Yes, but on most computers the keyboard and mouse are USB devices. So, how do you get it run without using your keyboard or mouse?

Im using hp probook and i had to unistall hp protect manager and disable windows defender...and it worked for me.

If i helped someone with this...yw

Procedure to upgrade to windows 8.1 from windows 8 that worked for me.
1. update all drivers and software
2. cleaned cache (use ccleaner, windows 8 manager or some other cleaner)
3. cleared Windows Store Cache, Windows key + R, type WSReset.exe, enter
4. cleaned registry (use ccleaner, windows 8 manger or some other registry cleaner)
5. Set any firewall or antivirus to full auto mode
6. Reboot computer
7. Remove all external devices possible
8. Cleared Windows Store Cache again
9. Download Windows 8.1 update and hope for the best.
