8.1 install error 0xC1900101-0x40019 and 0x80070652

I tried to install 8.1, and after downloading and appearing to install, my PC hang for about 2 hours.  I reboooted and recieved a message that 8.1 could not be installed, and reverting to 8.0.  Error message 0xC1900101-0x40019

This morning I again tried to install from the Store, and immediately got a message This app was not installed.  Error message 0x80070652

Any idea as to how to install 8.1?

    Samsung Series 7 ultra.

    I solved the problem of the black screen after you upgrade to Windows 8.1.

    The problem is the video card drivers. I had to get into safe mode (a nightmare with rapid start active) and install the latest drivers from the Intel and AMF site. There are still compatibility issues but at least i can log on to Windows.

    I did not face a 0xC1900101-0x40019 problem. But faced with 0x80070652. Uninstalling antivirus helped me. Now on 8.1

    I've upgrade my Nvidia video drivers but still no luck.

    Once again, after 8 tries, still o 8.1. I have done all of the suggestions, new drivers from intel, no anti virus, avast, all updates from microhardheaded, no startups, nothing works.

    for all here is a link to an interesting site with vastly better information, than from the so called microsoft, advisors who make their comments on this forum.
