8.1 install error 0xC1900101-0x40019 and 0x80070652

I tried to install 8.1, and after downloading and appearing to install, my PC hang for about 2 hours.  I reboooted and recieved a message that 8.1 could not be installed, and reverting to 8.0.  Error message 0xC1900101-0x40019

This morning I again tried to install from the Store, and immediately got a message This app was not installed.  Error message 0x80070652

Any idea as to how to install 8.1?

Chuck

wish it was so... this is the win 8.1 RT  not win8.1 pro

still not working, even after the newest intel chipset drivers.

microsoft is a joke. how could they create so much animosity.,

they truly are a company of the past, without a clue how to treat customers.

I have the same issues as everyone else when trying to update my HP laptop.  Had no problem updating my Surface Pro and Sony VAIO All in one.  Is it the way the HP hardware is configured?
