8.1 install error 0xC1900101-0x40019 and 0x80070652

I tried to install 8.1, and after downloading and appearing to install, my PC hang for about 2 hours. I reboooted and recieved a message that 8.1 could not be installed, and reverting to 8.0. Error message 0xC1900101-0x40019

This morning I again tried to install from the Store, and immediately got a message This app was not installed. Error message 0x80070652

Any idea as to how to install 8.1?

...and here (on a new Sony Vaio)...no clue given as to what the problem might be...I ran the 8.1 Upgrade Assistant and it told me my Trend Anti-Virus product was incompatible so I uninstalled that but still no luck...very frustrating...

I have the same problem here.

In Eventview has the mensage

"Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80070522: English ESD Bundle Parent."

Same issue here.

Ran SFC /SCANNOW and did a Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth

Checked if all updates had been applied and Still get 0x80070652**.Seems this issue is popping up everywhere........and is not an isolated issue.**
