8.1 install error 0xC1900101-0x40019 and 0x80070652

I tried to install 8.1, and after downloading and appearing to install, my PC hang for about 2 hours.  I reboooted and recieved a message that 8.1 could not be installed, and reverting to 8.0.  Error message 0xC1900101-0x40019

This morning I again tried to install from the Store, and immediately got a message This app was not installed.  Error message 0x80070652

Any idea as to how to install 8.1?

    Did you try disabling or uninstalling any antivirus or security software? Also make sure to disconnect any peripherals such as phone, printer, camera, etc., only leave the keyboard, mouse, and monitor. Then make sure you have all your Windows updates and try again.

    The same for me. Impossible to install the update from Windows 8 Pro 64 bits to Windows 8.1 (french).
