Here's a work-around that MSN may not leave available for long. Just type in moneycentral.msn.com/stock_portfolio in your browser's address bar. Takes you directly to the old site. I guess it would be wise to print or write out all your data just in case the answer to the import issue is to enter everything in again, one by one.
How do I get to my Portfolio in the new MSN Money format?
I can't locate my Portfolio in the new MSN Money Investments format - where is it?

Thanks, It works but how long will one be able to do this. Maybe eventually, as you state we will have to reenter all our stocks , one by one into the Watch llist which is nowhere as good as the data provided in the old Portfolio Manager.
How can MSN take something that has worked perfectly for years and make it almost impossible to retrieve one's portfolio. I have given up.
Thanks, Bernie

2014-10-04T01:40:12+00:00 Adriana,
I tried again this morning, but I am unable to retrieve most of the portfolio information that I had accumulated over the last 15 to 20 years. Very disappointed and frustrated.
Regards,
Albert
For those of you that are still having issues importing Portfolio Manager information, I found a solution that worked for me and hopefully will assist others. Rather than continue to try and reimport all the categories of investments at the same time, I reimported only one category of investment at a time. I had five categories of investments, so needed to go through the reimport process several times. Simply select only one category of investment to reimport and then go through the process again for each of the other categories. Worked for me. Hopefully will help others. Can't say I like the new Watchlist, but that's another matter. :)

2014-10-03T18:14:54+00:00 Hello everybody,
Thank you for participating in our forum, for reporting the issues with the portfolio migration and providing your feedback. The product team is actively reviewing all this information and working on providing fixes to some of the issues you have encountered.
In the meantime and to help centralize this information, I have started a new thread called Know more about My Watchlist which contains the most up-to-date information regarding the new features and a link to the article listing the steps for re-importing your portfolio in case you have not received all of your Watchlist/Portfolio data on the first try. That thread will make it easier for me to try and respond to your questions and to quickly gather information I can share with the product team.
Moving forward, please post your comments and questions on that thread.
Thank you!
