Error Code 80073712 Windows update Win 8.1 x64

Ok so here are the system specs

After the last update and restart. I am unable to use Windows update.

I have tried the troubleshooting steps but the problem still exists.

SFC returns no problem at all.

Problem occurring for updates KB2936068 and KB2919355

Using their standalone installer isn't working either.

Hi Jaxx,

Microsoft has issued a fix for your error: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2969339

After you install it, the rest of the updates should download automatically.

    I have the same exact problem as Jaxx89. Same Error Code same everything.

    Here is the DISM and SFC result.

    Jaxx,

    In your screenshot, the DISM command has been writtten incorrectly,

    You have this: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

    It should be: DISM.exe/Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

    So DISM.exe/Online is one word. No space before /Online.

    This should make it easier for you to see properly:

    DISM.exe/Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

    Huh? That would produce a syntax error. There SHOULD BE a space between the command and the argument.
