Service registration is missing or corrupt

From recently I can't update windows and I ran MS Fix it Center and it shows that service registration is missing or corrupt.

    An error message box will pop-up about long scripts running, at the bottom it asks if I want to continue to let scripts run, and a yes or no box. When I click on no, the box keeps reappearing. Trying to close it does not work either. I have to do  ctrl-alt-delete to open task manager, and end the program I am in.
