I did a RESET, and that fixed it. Drastic step because all the other "fixes" did not work.
Service registration is missing or corrupt
From recently I can't update windows and I ran MS Fix it Center and it shows that service registration is missing or corrupt.

Please can you tell from where you did this "Reset" command?
With thanks

Yes, I see that will just Re-install Windows 10....
Did you have this problem of update before you upgraded to Windows 10 (maybe from Win 7 or Win 8)?
Thanks: your answer will be most helpful to me, because I am wondering if my upgrade to Windows 10 will solve my updates problem in Win7 or if it will still be there?
