From recently I can't update windows and I ran MS Fix it Center and it shows that service registration is missing or corrupt.

Tried again on Windows 10 machine, only ran command prompt as Administrator. That put me in the correct Windows system32 directory and I was able to run the command.
Still waiting to see if it works..
Also, there is no Bits service in Windows 10 that I have been able to find...?

I gave up as this same problem happened already the 2nd time.
I reseted/reloaded windows 10 - knowing the huge work.
That was a good , anyhow, as now I could do everything more correct from very beginning and could clean up all useless stuff at the same time.
Thanks for the advice.
