Windows 10 isn't working on my computer. I tried to active, went to troubleshooting and it processed a fix, but it still says that Service registration is missing or corrupt. How do I fix this?

2017-08-14T13:16:17+00:00 I have the same problem Still running build 10240, but machine keeps trying to update. I get normal start up screen but if I don't wait an hour or so before signing in I get a blue screen, After waiting the hour I get normal start up but can't access internet with tiles or applications that require internet (TitanTv, etc) and can't bring up "settings"
