They are both there already so not a solution for me. I did notice however that the "AppReadiness" showed the date and time as last modified when I opened my laptop this morning.
Wsreset error "'ms-windows-store:PurgeCaches'"
Original Title: Issue with Windows Store.
Split from-
Every time I attempt the reset for the store (Store and other apps routinely crash after the Win 8.1 update). I receive the below error message:
All device drivers are up-to-date (and have not changed since when it did work)
Anti-Virus is the same as it was when everything worked (Norton AV)
I launched a command prompt with administrative rights and ran "wsreset.exe". The screen flashes over to the store, then crashes back to the start screen. When returning to the desktop, the following error is found:
I ran system file checker, with administrative rights, and it reported back with no issues:

2014-06-01T11:13:19+00:00 I'm wondering if this has something to do with your Homegroup. I noticed on one of your previous screenshots that you have an Admin account and a homegroup user account.
You could try disabling sharing and see if it makes any difference. It's also possible that someone on your homegroup has disabled some permissions for you.
See this tutorial regarding the permissions issue for homegroups: http://www.thewindowsclub.com/share-files-windows-8-homegroup-network

2014-06-03T19:19:32+00:00 I doubt it would have anything to do with that as the homegroup has been set up since I got the laptop and I'm the only person who does anything on the homegroup. This problem started after I upgraded to Windows 8.1 upgrade (not the one from the store but the one after which was rolled out after as a normal update)

Try doing this.
Log on to your computer with a local account. If you haven't got one, follow instructions in this tutorial to create one: http://www.techrepublic.com/blog/windows-and-office/quick-tip-change-microsoft-live-to-a-local-account-in-windows-81/
After you log on with a local account, go to the Windows Store. It should open, but when you try to download something, you'll get the prompt to switch to a Microsoft account. Follow that and see if it allows you to download without producing any errors.
