Wsreset error "'ms-windows-store:PurgeCaches'"

Original Title: Issue with Windows Store.

Every time I attempt the reset for the store (Store and other apps routinely crash after the Win 8.1 update).  I receive the below error message:

All device drivers are up-to-date (and have not changed since when it did work)

Anti-Virus is the same as it was when everything worked (Norton AV)

I launched a command prompt with administrative rights and ran "wsreset.exe".  The screen flashes over to the store, then crashes back to the start screen.  When returning to the desktop, the following error is found:

I ran system file checker, with administrative rights, and it reported back with no issues:

    I already tried wsreset and it shows the "Purge Caches" error, troubleshooter shows "windows store caches may be corrupt" and tells me to do wsreset.

    This problem exists only in my user account and other accounts are fine.

    1. Have you tried the steps provided by Pinaki on November 20, 2013? If yes, what was the result?
    2. Are you getting any specific error message/code while using Store?

    If issue still persists after trying the steps provided in this thread then try to create new user profile as an Administrator and see if it helps you to fix the issue. Make sure you should follow the steps mentioned under **Create a Local account** and get back to us with the status, we will be happy to assist you.

    But this does not solve the problem of Windows Store's corrupt cache - you merely showed us that the scanner didn't detect any issues. Please find a valid solution to this problem.

    okay, i have had this problem for a while and no matter who i ask i dont really get anything that helps out of it, its starting to get rather annoying, my computor not only will not open the store but it wont open anything like PC settings either, inm not some kind of computor engineer and i have no idea what is wrong with it, can someone PLEASE PLEASE help me fix it??
