Part of me is a computer programmer, another part is project management and yet another part is Marketing and Finance.

Its all about ROI (Return On Investment) and with about 30% of Microsoft's Windows base still using Windows XP that's a lot of potential sales. Can't give the product away but I'll bet a lot of people would pay good money just to have a Second Edition available for purchase. Needs to 100% compatible with existing XP versions but behind the display changed to better support todays hardware.

Great opinion. That's how I feel. I would certainly  buy 5 copies if a XP2 came out with the same XP interface.

I have several workstations using this version of Windwos:

Windows Embedded version 5.1 (build 1600.xpsp_sp3_qfe.130704-0421: Service Pack 3)

I am having a hard time determining which of the Embedded versions this is.  Can anyone tell me the end of life date for this version?

    Thanks,

    C Durk
