Notified that XP support is ending so clicked all the links to test PC compatibility then to the link to upgrade only to be informed that Windows 8 is not available for online purchase in the country/region I'm in (which is the UK). I'm not a major PC nerd so am I missing something here?

2014-03-02T05:01:52+00:00 Well I won't be using that bloated Windows 7 or ugly 8. So I'll stick with traditional XP and check out Linux. Because Microsoft blew when they messed up the XP interface. And introduced 7 and the many clicks it takes to do something. XP has the better start menu and interface.

What are you talking about? several of the Windows 7 features saves me time that I would be spending if I were using XP. I've been using 7 since March of 2010, but I would rather be using vista over XP. XP is old and hard to use and has terrible security, I really don't understand people's obsession with XP.
