I have had this desktop set for about 4-6 months.
It works great. The only problem is that the letter "C" can not be capitalized with either the left or right shift key.
The only way that I can get a capital "C" is to use the CapsLock key, and then it will type a capital "C".
It does not appear to be a hardware issue, it almost acts like a software/firmware issue.
I am running Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit version.
I have switched this keyboard to a different computer with the same symptoms.
I would love to hear your thoughts.

I had the same problem.
Neither updating the software of removing the battery did work for me.
However, after a while I figured out that one of the function keys (F2) was tilted. I fixed that and now it works.
Actually you can reproduce the problem. Press down a function key and try typing. Everything works except for capital c.

Update: I did update the software but no change. Called Microsoft to get a replacement and had to pop the batteries out to get the product ID # to process the replacement. Would you believe once I did that and put them back in, it started working? Seriously, I used it all day with no issues.
I had sent in my Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard earlier this year when the shift-x didn't work - couldn't make a capital X. Kind on a problem for a developer who works with XML.
Anyway, I got really upset this morning when my keyboard (which I think is absolutely awesome) wouldn't make a capital C.
A search for the capital C and sculpt ergonomic led me here to this forum where I found my solution.
When I read about Konstantin's problem, that's when I noticed that either the F5 or F6 function key was 'tilted' - or halfway depressed. un-tilted it and Voila!
Since Konstantin had a problem with cap C, and I had problems with cap X and now cap V, I thinking that I never really had to send in my keyboard in the first place.
BTW, and although it's a minor issue, I wasn't happy about having to pay for the shipping for an item that was under warranty.
LOL! This is hilarious. My < was not working, and I the keyboard replaced. Got home and the new keyboard also had the exact same symptom, < was not working. Took it back to the store, plugged into their machine and showed the guy there and that completely baffled him. Then somehow it started working again after he took it to another machine so I left only to have the same issue arise again.
Gladly I stumbled across this forum and after looking closely, my F8 key was stuck. Popped it out and I'm back to normal. On mine F7 also sticks so now that I'm aware I can look out for that.

I had the same problem, and it was driving me crazy. For me, it was F7 + Capital M. First I tried removing the batteries, as the problem started after changing them in the first place. But now I believe that while placing the keyboard upside down the F7 key just got stuck.
