USB port malfunctioning, always says "USB Device not recognized"

First run this WinKey + W >  Diagnose your computer memory problems. It may run for a while so find a movie. I don't know how long it will take it may be fast.

If those come back good try this if not then let me know what it says.

Try this and let me know if any of those issues are fixed. Take all but one stick of RAM out and see if you can open those programs or use the USB port. If no to all then swap out the one left for a new one. Different one :)

If that exception code is referring to the link bellow and with all the other issues your RAM could be the cause. The CPU can also cause these random issues. Were you able to update the chipset for the CPU?

When it says service name, what is the name of the service?

I don't see any changes to your previous post.

And yeah, I'd say it could be the error to fix the USB too because as I was looking through the Event Log, that error has been there since January, and with the other one.

Yeah I know I did it before because it listed every instance of that error. The Speech is a MS thing not sure what.

I would follow that article to see if the regedit they have works for yours but make sure you can reverse it since it was for XP. There maybe an article for 8 somewhere. Just haven't found it

Haha, way ahead of you. I unchecked that option yesterday when researching this issue. No effect unforunately. 

I'm not completely sure what you mean by a before and after. Do you mean before I click on show hidden devices and then after I click on it? Or before i plug it in screenshot, and then screenshot after?

Also, here is something random that I just saw, I don't have the slightest clue what this is:

You know what, I think I'm going to let you in on another problem I can't seem to fix while you are here. This program USED to work perfectly, but then I stopped using it. But now, ever since like 4 months ago, it literally won't run. It crashes every time, but it never used to. I can't figure out why. First it says there is a .dll missing, so I get the dll and put it places and etc. Then it gives me some error, something about an endpoint and in a dynamic library. i might have a screenshot, let me see....I can't seem to find it, but I found another error:
