USB port malfunctioning, always says "USB Device not recognized"

I have a samsung laptop, model number NP350E7C-A01US. Every time I insert anything into one of my four USB ports, I get the error: "USB Device not recognized".

One thing that I thought I would tell you is that I can't recall a time when that USB port worked. I literally can't recall a time. It has been like this for many months.\

I'm not even sure what alcohol 120 is. After doing a search on my computer for it, 1 file came up titled "element_main". Should I uninstall Daemon Tools Pro?

Well, it detected that my brightness was too high and lowered it LOL.

Haha yeah, the issues I've been having with this computer have almost been as bad as when I got my Droid Bionic in 2011 :P

Do you know what Teamviewer is? That is what I usually use. I trust you haha. How do you get offical MSFT support anyways?

And yeah, I checked the power, it said it was self-powered, for both USB Root Hubs.
