I'm unsure how I can do so--Open System Restore only gives me the option of restoring after I installed 8.1, and I don't think I can do Windows Refresh without an installation disk. Is there another method to uninstall it? Thanks,

I installed Windows 8.1 earlier today, and the process finished without any trouble. However, a few minutes after reloading, Windows forced me to log off. When I logged back on, there was only a blank screen with a cursor. I activated task manager and a warning appeared stating, "?CreateRect@Value@DirectUI@@SAPEAV12@HHHH@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Windows\System32\Windows.UI.Immersive.dll".
I've ran sfc scannow several times, and after viewing the log file each time it says it's repairing corrupt files "Windows.UI.Immersive.dll", "ActionCenterCPL.dll", "slmgr.vbs", "ActionCenter.dll.mui", and "slwga.dll" from store.
Each time after running the scan, the computer will repeat the same process: it will work normally for a few minutes (one or two), and then force me to log out once again with the blank screen greeting me again if I log back in.
I've tried uninstalling all of my drivers, my antivirus program, and a few other programs, yet the problem has persisted each time. Does anyone have any idea how this could be fixed? "Windows.UI.Immersive.dll" seems to be appearing a lot, but I'm not familiar with its function and how the installation could be affected by it.

Is there an easy way to to revert back to windows 8 without a full reformat. I have no recovery options pre 8.1

2013-10-19T06:53:45+00:00 Update: My problem was fixed by updating the video display driver and other windows 8.1 drivers via the Lenovo website. Should of checked this first, hopefully you all figure out a solution or maybe this will help.
