Blank Screen after Installing Windows 8.1?

The Working method is here.

1.First of all you can go to win explorer by pressing ctrl+alt+del. start a task manager click on file then run new task then browse.You can see folders their right click on any folder and select open in new window

2.download two files from given link

It is dll files you need to replace.

3.go to c:\windows\system32 folder and paste the downloaded files

4.now you have to delete Windows Activation Technologies folder for this press ctrl

+alt+del

then taskmanager>file>run new task then write cmd and enter

now write in cmd  "cd c:\windows" without quots

then write del"c:\Windows Activation Technologies"

then press enter 

5.Now open a cmd with admin privileges by run new task in taskmgr  and tick  th says create at check box that says cerate task with admin privileges now write in cmd SFC/SCANNOW 

when it completes 100% then open control panel by going to this address in explorer "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items" now click on windows update and update windows after all done restart windows. Now windows is recovered from unexpected crash.If this forum has a thanks button you can say thanks to me I don't Mind.

Ahter what appeared to be a normal Windows 8.1 installation, I now have the black screen with cursor arrow. Pressing Ctl+Alt+Del does nothing. How can I get to Task Manager???

With the phantom monitor hypothesis, both would be on the other screen.  Try pressing Win-P, CursorUp, Enter?

Otherwise, after your Ctrl-Alt-Delete you have to think what that would have done and what you would need to do using your keyboard to get Task Manager started.  After all, it would just be a prompt with Task Manager as its last item.  So, you could press End to select the last item, then press Enter (or Spacebar) to activate it.   So then you would have Task Manager running on the other monitor.   Then to move it to your monitor you could press Win-CursorRight.   Or, if it was only off-screen but associated with your monitor you could use its window's menu Move command,  Alt-Space M CursorRight.   That should engage your mouse pointer on the Taskbar's title bar with the Move pointer icon, so then you could just drag it through the screen border.   Note that if it didn't drag through from one direction you could try dragging it through from the other.  The CursorRight procedures that I suggested would not depend on which side that the real screen was; they would wrap.  But a drag in the wrong direction would bump against the phantom monitor's extreme edge.

Then I completely removed that folder, Windows Activation Technologies, and writing now this text. My tablet Samsung Ativ XE500 comes with factory licensed Windows 8, so looks like Microsoft totally screwed up......
