Blank Screen after Installing Windows 8.1?

I installed Windows 8.1 earlier today, and the process finished without any trouble. However, a few minutes after reloading, Windows forced me to log off. When I logged back on, there was only a blank screen with a cursor. I activated task manager and a warning appeared stating, "?CreateRect@Value@DirectUI@@SAPEAV12@HHHH@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Windows\System32\Windows.UI.Immersive.dll".

I've ran sfc scannow several times, and after viewing the log file each time it says it's repairing corrupt files "Windows.UI.Immersive.dll", "ActionCenterCPL.dll", "slmgr.vbs", "ActionCenter.dll.mui", and "slwga.dll" from store.

Each time after running the scan, the computer will repeat the same process: it will work normally for a few minutes (one or two), and then force me to log out once again with the blank screen greeting me again if I log back in.

I've tried uninstalling all of my drivers, my antivirus program, and a few other programs, yet the problem has persisted each time. Does anyone have any idea how this could be fixed? "Windows.UI.Immersive.dll" seems to be appearing a lot, but I'm not familiar with its function and how the installation could be affected by it.

    Yessssss!!! removing the Windows Activation Technologies folder completely and the Windows.UI.Immersive.dll in C:\windows\System32 really did the trick! THX!!!

    so i started task manager(ctrl+alt+del) and chose file/New task.

    To start explorer, type  C:\

    explorer opens, then go to view/folder options, set “Show hidden files” and  uncheck the “Hide protected operating system files”.

    Now you can see the “Windows Activation Technologies” folder.

    I could delete the 2 files in the folder, but not the Data folder because of permissions (alltough i’m admin)

    You have to become owner of the WAT folder before you can delete it, right click/properties/security tab/advanced

    I also removed the inheritance option, and made “everybody” the owner of the WAT folder. Also uncheck the read-only option after you changed the owner (right click/properties)

    Now i could delete the WAT folder.

    I also did the sfc /scannow  in console (ctrl+alt+del/file/New task. cmd  as administrator

    So basically when i only did sfc /scannow  the problem kept returning, after 1 minute i was logged off automatically.  Only when i completely removed the WAT folder and the dll, the problem was gone!!!

    Ive just fixed our problem, guys. My problem was - black screen with a mouse cursor in middle. After pressing  CTRl-ALT-DEL an error occurred - something about windows.ui.immersive.dll entry point. Ive found this dll in system32 folder, that dll was old, October 2012. Ive found new in SXS folder, dated 2013, and replaced old ....immersive.dll in system32 folder with new one from SXS. After reboot all works, but after a minute user automatically logout, and black screen returns. Windows.Ui.Immersive.dll in system32 was old, dated October 2012..... I found where it comes from - its hidden system folder in root, name is Windows Activation Technologies. When I replaced that dll  in WAT folder with new one, there was no black screen, everything was OK, but logouts continued. Then I completely removed that folder, Windows Activation Technologies, and writing now this text. My tablet Samsung Ativ XE500 comes with factory licensed Windows 8, so looks like Microsoft totally screwed up......

    But I have just one question: how do you all replace one file to another? I have the login screen and then there is the black screen with the cursor and I can't get access to explorer (files, folders and so on). Could you please give me some peace of advice about this problem? How to replace the files?

    Sorry my English is bad but you must go to taskmanager (Crtl + Alt + Delete) than you must do run a new task from the menu and than browse if you have replace it you can run explorer for a few minutes!

    completely Removed The folder WAT means What the data folder IN WAT or all The three 

    data Folder

    Install

    When I try To replace The file It tells That u need a permission to perform this action. I have opened it from an administrator account . I have started Safe mode with Networking. Also I am Unable To find The Windows Activation Folder In C drive. I have unhide the hidden files and folder. THough i am not able to see It Please Help. Thanks In Advance
