Blank Screen after Installing Windows 8.1?

I installed Windows 8.1 earlier today, and the process finished without any trouble. However, a few minutes after reloading, Windows forced me to log off. When I logged back on, there was only a blank screen with a cursor. I activated task manager and a warning appeared stating, "?CreateRect@Value@DirectUI@@SAPEAV12@HHHH@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Windows\System32\Windows.UI.Immersive.dll".

I've ran sfc scannow several times, and after viewing the log file each time it says it's repairing corrupt files "Windows.UI.Immersive.dll", "ActionCenterCPL.dll", "slmgr.vbs", "ActionCenter.dll.mui", and "slwga.dll" from store.

Each time after running the scan, the computer will repeat the same process: it will work normally for a few minutes (one or two), and then force me to log out once again with the blank screen greeting me again if I log back in.

I've tried uninstalling all of my drivers, my antivirus program, and a few other programs, yet the problem has persisted each time. Does anyone have any idea how this could be fixed? "Windows.UI.Immersive.dll" seems to be appearing a lot, but I'm not familiar with its function and how the installation could be affected by it.

    But I have just one question: how do you all replace one file to another? I have the login screen and then there is the black screen with the cursor and I can't get access to explorer (files, folders and so on). Could you please give me some peace of advice about this problem? How to replace the files?

    Sorry my English is bad but you must go to taskmanager (Crtl + Alt + Delete) than you must do run a new task from the menu and than browse if you have replace it you can run explorer for a few minutes!

    completely Removed The folder WAT means What the data folder IN WAT or all The three 

    data Folder

    When I try To replace The file It tells That u need a permission to perform this action. I have opened it from an administrator account . I have started Safe mode with Networking. Also I am Unable To find The Windows Activation Folder In C drive. I have unhide the hidden files and folder. THough i am not able to see It Please Help. Thanks In Advance

    when i do the same  File -> Run new task -> Browse and press browse error is coming it tells that windows cannot find 'Browse'. Make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again.

    Help me tell me what to do

    Finally, a solution that works for me as well.

    My PC shipped with Windows 7 x64, which I upgraded to Windows 8 Pro x64 practically as soon as it was released. I had issues with 8.0 right from the start. "Modern UI" apps never worked. Ever. I'd heard lots about how upgraded systems had nightmarish issues with both 8.0 and 8.1, but the upgrade went smoothly enough until I rebooted. I was considering simply writing a batch script that'd execute at startup to copy a known good (i.e fixed by SFC) Windows.UI.Immersive.dll into system32 and launch explorer.exe, but never did that, luckily.

    So I deleted the WAT folder and the black screen and logoff problems are gone. I can restart without having to fix Windows every single time! Yay! -.- the fact it was ever necessary bothers me. I'm very tech-savvy, but not a MS beta tester, so why should I feel like one?

    For what it's worth, the "System" (or "PC Info") part of my Control Panel is now mostly white space, but Windows is indeed activated. I just see the ASUS logo and support numbers. Whatever. Thanks for this fix! :D
