Blank Screen after Installing Windows 8.1?

I installed Windows 8.1 earlier today, and the process finished without any trouble. However, a few minutes after reloading, Windows forced me to log off. When I logged back on, there was only a blank screen with a cursor. I activated task manager and a warning appeared stating, "?CreateRect@Value@DirectUI@@SAPEAV12@HHHH@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Windows\System32\Windows.UI.Immersive.dll".

I've ran sfc scannow several times, and after viewing the log file each time it says it's repairing corrupt files "Windows.UI.Immersive.dll", "ActionCenterCPL.dll", "slmgr.vbs", "ActionCenter.dll.mui", and "slwga.dll" from store.

Each time after running the scan, the computer will repeat the same process: it will work normally for a few minutes (one or two), and then force me to log out once again with the blank screen greeting me again if I log back in.

I've tried uninstalling all of my drivers, my antivirus program, and a few other programs, yet the problem has persisted each time. Does anyone have any idea how this could be fixed? "Windows.UI.Immersive.dll" seems to be appearing a lot, but I'm not familiar with its function and how the installation could be affected by it.

    Just tap shift more than 5 times sticky key window will appear than click on go to ease of access... And than click back back you will be in file explorer

    try this fix. it worked for me. you might have to re-activate windows. so ensure you get your product key first prior to following the instructions as per link below

    Hey, my computer doesn't recognize either of del "c:\windows activation technologies" or without del. please help?

    The Working method is here.

    1.First of all you need to go into windows explorer by pressing ctrl+alt+del. >>start a task manager>> click on file then run new task then browse.You can see folders their right click on any folder and select open in new window

    2.download two files from given link

    It is dll files you need to replace.

    3.go to c:\windows\system32 folder and paste the downloaded files

    4.Now you need to go to C:\Windows Activation Technologies and replace these dll files posted in link and if it not works you can delete contains of Windows Activation Technologies.

    OPTIONAL PROCEDURE

    {{{{{{{{{{{{FOR WAT FOLDER DELETION FOLLOW BELOW GIVEN PROCEDURE 

    1.Press ctrl+alt+del

    2.then open task manager>file>run new task then write cmd and enter

    3.now write in cmd  "cd c:\windows" without quotes

    4.then write del"c:\Windows Activation Technologies"

    5.then press enter }}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}

    5.Now open a cmd with admin privileges by run new task in taskmgr  and tick  th says create at check box that says cerate task with admin privileges now write in cmd SFC/SCANNOW 

    when it completes 100% then open control panel by going to this address in explorer "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items" now click on windows update and update windows after all done restart windows. Now windows is recovered from unexpected crash.

    Yea I can't find the WAT file anywhere in system32, even with the "All files (*.*)" shown. I tried deleting the Windows.UI.Immersive.dll but it says you need permission from "TrustedInstaller." .-. what happened...
