Determining Motheboard and properly updating BIOS?

I'm having trouble trying to determine exactly what motherboard I have and what BIOS update I need for it.  I have determined that my current configuration is:

FOXCONN 2AB1 Motherboard

AMD 785G Chipset

AMD SB700 Southbridge

American Megatrends Inc BIOS

Version 6.05 January 18th 2011

BTW I have a Windows 7 Ultimate HP Pavilion p6720f Desktop PC.

I don't really understand where to go to find the proper BIOS update, I have tried both the FOXCONN and AMI websites with no luck.  The HP website makes no sense, when I look at BIOS updates listed under my computer, two different ones are listed.  Neither of them sounds at all like my motherboard or current BIOS.  They are called H-RS880-UATX Motherboard BIOS Update and N-Alvorix-RS880 Motherboard BIOS Update.  How in the world do I know what BIOS update I need to install?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I feel like contacting HP to update my BIOS is a little bit of overkill, isn't their a reliable way to find the correct update online and do it yourself?

I suggested contacting HP support since determining what BIOS update is required has not been possible.

They should be able to point to which update is required for your computer.

When you go to a reputable computer repair shop (not the Geek Squad or repair facility at a large retail outlet) you tell them about your problem and leave it to them to carry out the tests they decide are necessary. If you them what to test and it results in the computer being returned with the same symptoms you cannot take it back for further tests without being asked for a further payment. If you tell them what to test you do not place the responsibility for fixing the computer on them. They have the means to isolate the problem. It could be something that neither of us has considered.

Please let me know how you get on.

No I don't have the necessary components to test myself. If I were to go to a repair shop wouldn't the only components I would need to test be my GTX 650 and PCI slot? Because if my computer runs perfectly fine without the GTX doesn't that mean the only possible problem hardware components are the GTX and PCI slot where the card connects to the motherboard?

You need to take the computer to a small computer repairer. The way to discover what is wrong is to swap hardware components in and out until the faulty component is isolated. Most home users do not have the capacity to do this. Do you?

It looks like Gerry has finished providing suggestions for me, could you provide any advice on SATA/RAID drivers?

I tried the GTX 650 again today after finishing Gerry's suggestions, no luck.  Bluescreen dump file has been uploaded to my OneDrive if it helps at all.

I am starting to run out of troubleshooting to do, and yet my problem persists :(
