Determining Motheboard and properly updating BIOS?

I'm having trouble trying to determine exactly what motherboard I have and what BIOS update I need for it.  I have determined that my current configuration is:

FOXCONN 2AB1 Motherboard

AMD 785G Chipset

AMD SB700 Southbridge

American Megatrends Inc BIOS

Version 6.05 January 18th 2011

BTW I have a Windows 7 Ultimate HP Pavilion p6720f Desktop PC.

I don't really understand where to go to find the proper BIOS update, I have tried both the FOXCONN and AMI websites with no luck.  The HP website makes no sense, when I look at BIOS updates listed under my computer, two different ones are listed.  Neither of them sounds at all like my motherboard or current BIOS.  They are called H-RS880-UATX Motherboard BIOS Update and N-Alvorix-RS880 Motherboard BIOS Update.  How in the world do I know what BIOS update I need to install?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I feel like contacting HP to update my BIOS is a little bit of overkill, isn't their a reliable way to find the correct update online and do it yourself?

I suggested contacting HP support since determining what BIOS update is required has not been possible.

They should be able to point to which update is required for your computer.

Just installed.  Do you have any recommendations for the SATA/RAID drivers?

Problem Devices per your System Information file

D-Link DWA-556 Xtreme N PCIe Desktop Adapter              PCI\VEN_168C&DEV_0024&SUBSYS_3A701186&REV_01\4&380E9A1D&0&0048              This device is disabled.

JumpStart Wireless Filter Driver          ROOT\LEGACY_JSWPSLWF\0000              This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.

    Uninstall these devices.

Type Device Manager in the Search box above the Start button and press ENTER. Are there any yellow question marks in Device Manager? If yes what is the Device Error code.

To see Hidden Devices (Non Plug and Play Drivers) you need to select View, Show Hidden Devices. It is necessary to do this every time you open Device Manager if you need to see them.

Type Device Manager in the Search box above the Start button and press ENTER. Locate and right click on the device and click on Uninstall in the drop down list. Restart your computer.

Have you read through my full assessment of the problem above?  Do you think I have narrowed the source down correctly?

I got a midterm back this morning and I did well so I have gained some confidence for the next ones haha.  Thanks for the advice though.
