Windows 8.1: Where are my games? (Solitaire, Freecell, etc.)

they are better looking versions of the same games you loved on previous versions of Windows.     

In my opinion that version does not look better. I dislike that it fills my screen. I started playing FreeCell back in the old dial up days while waiting for things to down load. I was good at it and got addicted. (I'd played all those 32,000 games on my first computer and won every one of them, I was a bit farther along but lost track, then with the windows 7 version, couldn't pick out a numbered game without first 'losing' the came that automatically opened. I didn't want a loss every time I opened it, so started playing the random games.) I would still like to play, while I'm doing something else, therefore do not want one that fills my screen.

Thanks for your comments.  I have not been playing these games as long as you have, but I had scores that I thought I had lost.  I was playing Spider Solitaire and a couple other games on Windows 8.1 through Xbox Live.  When I upgraded to windows 10, everything was so different and I could not find my old games.  I decided to try the new version and played one of my games and found my old scores had not vanished.  However, like you, I do not like the new format.  I don't like how the game takes up the whole screen and then has to scrunch up everything to fit when a column gets long.  Kudos to you for acing FreeCell.  My brain must be too old for that game.  I can't figure it out.  Sorry about you losing your scores.

I went to the play store and installed these games, but I can't find where Microsoft put them.
