My phone (Lumia 720) is up to date but I cant instal whats app it says that I need to upgrade my phones software what can I do.?

My phone Lumia 520 ,I reset my phone,there after whatsapp is on in my store,,I mean I can't download whatsapp in my phone,when I try the information given is not available im my divide,

So .. you have the same problem as the OP (Original / First Post) .. hence the answer remains the ame as mentioned in Message 2 - 3 above ..
I think microsoft has deleted whatsapp from the store.
