My phone (Lumia 720) is up to date but I cant instal whats app it says that I need to upgrade my phones software what can I do.?

I am trying to download whatsapp on my Nokia Lumia 625 but every time I try it tells me an error has occurred. The error say that it is not available in my country or that my software is not updated. I am living in Canada and my software is up to date. Can I get some help with

hi mate, Whatsapp for Windows Phone was pulled from the Store, read the WPCentral.com article on the matter. apparently the app will be restored in the Store for download once issues are ironed out.

I m using whatsapp on my lumia 520 since i brought it and it works fine but tomorrow i reset my phone after that i tried to download it from store but when i search in store it shows a message 'no match found' then searched in bing and found but its not showing install button and a message shows that " this app is not available for your device tap here for more info" now i tap on it and new message appears headed with " app not available this might be because your phone software needs to be updated the app is exclusive to a different mobile provider, or the app is not available in your country/region" i am from India and this also happens with " way2sms" app my phone is running on lumia black update . Please help me fast. With regards. Thank u.
