Hi, detu. Welcome to the Nokia Support Discussions. What's your phone's current software version? You can see the app from the Store but you're unable to download & install it, correct? What troubleshooting steps have you tried to solve this? A phone reboot is a basic troubleshooting step that can help you refresh your phone's software. Press and hold the volume down and power keys until it vibrates. Keep us posted.
