My phone (Lumia 720) is up to date but I cant instal whats app it says that I need to upgrade my phones software what can I do.?

One month before...WhatsApp work correctly in my phone but after restore it shows WhatsApp is not available for my phone during installation....and on the store of Microsoft as well as Nokia WhatsApp is not available.....why??????

I used WhatsApp for nearly 5 months...and uninstalled it for some issues...when am trying to re install it....i couldnt find it in windows store....please resolve it...
