My phone (Lumia 720) is up to date but I cant instal whats app it says that I need to upgrade my phones software what can I do.?

Whair is WhatsApp it is not in nokia store in my nokia Lumia 620 mobile please please please add this software we have in problem.....

Hi there my name is Gary i had whatsapp couple a weeks ago i had to rest my noika luma 520 to make sum space i went to download whatsapp and the app store said this phone dose not support my phone when i had it the first time can yous help.
