My phone (Lumia 720) is up to date but I cant instal whats app it says that I need to upgrade my phones software what can I do.?

I was using WhatsApp in a fine condition on my Lumia n a Samsung android cell, however, now android is fine but in Lumia 720, m nt getting option to dwnld.. Will you guys revert??

Hi every body, i have a lumia 1520 device running wp 8.1 developer preview, i had install whatsapp before updating the operating system,
but one day ago i reset my phone and now when i try to install the whatsapp aplication again, it says that it is not available in my country.!!! why? is a problem because of the update or what? please advice.
