My phone (Lumia 720) is up to date but I cant instal whats app it says that I need to upgrade my phones software what can I do.?

    I have been using WhatsApp on my Lumia 520 for almost a year. i had to reset my phone to factory settings to clear unwanted stuff that was taking all the space on phone memory. Since i have reset my phone, i cant find WhatsApp any more on my phone and cant download it either. The app is just not available to download anywhere. Can anyone help?

    Is it true that the Whatsapp application was deleted from this store? This is what i was told when i phoned nokia. Im extremely **bleep** off.

    WhatsApp withdrew their app from the store as there seemed to be some serious issues with it. They are working with Microsoft to get an updated version into the store. If you need/want to know more contact them HERE
