My phone (Lumia 720) is up to date but I cant instal whats app it says that I need to upgrade my phones software what can I do.?

I have reset my phone, after that i am not finding whatsapp in my store. And when i tried to install it from www.whatsapp.com, it shows an error that to update my phone.

I having nokia Lumia 820 and I reset my mobile 1 week ago after that I am nt able to download WhatsApp. Not only from the store even not from WhatsApp website.
