My phone (Lumia 720) is up to date but I cant instal whats app it says that I need to upgrade my phones software what can I do.?

    Hello,

    I tried to reinstall whatsapp into my lumia 1020 after the service. However, I failed to do so. I checked the web:

    http://www.windowsphone.com/en-us/store/app/whatsapp/218a0ebb-1585-4c7e-a9ec-054cf4569a79

    it shown there:This app is no longer published

    May I know is there any other chances for me to get whatsapp reinstall to my phone?

    I am trying to download whatsapp for my Lumia 520 but it's telling me the app isn't available for my device. Is there an older version I can download or do I need an update or something? Thanks!

    I'm not able to install what's app on my new Lumia 630.

    It shows unsupported app for my phone.

    WhatsApp has been withdrawn from the store for unknown reasons. I suggest you contact hem HERE. There really is nobody here who can do anything about this. As happened before it may well be we're going to see an update which is fully compatible with Windows Phone 8.1 shortly.
