BSOD when restarting windows after exteneded user session.

I don't know why you want me to run the windows 7 upgrade advisor, since Windows 7 came with the laptop. Toshiba only provided me with a factory restore option not a OS install disc so, any upgrade (repair) installs are out of the question , but here is the generated report.

Please upload and share with everyone copies of your System and Application logs from your Event Viewer to your Sky Drive and post a link here.

To access the System log select Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Event Viewer, from the list in the left side of the window expand Windows Logs and select System. Place the cursor on System, select Action from the Menu and Save All Events as (the default evtx file type) and give the file a name. Do the same for the Applications log. Do not provide filtered files.

I booted into safemode and disabled verifier since my system kept bsod'ing on me. the exported data in msinfo.txt  was created under normal boot mode.

Please try again following the instructions I gave earlier.

Please provide a copy of your System Information file. Type System Information in the Search Box above the start Button and press the ENTER key (alternative is Select Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Information). Select File, Export and give the file a name noting where it is located. The system creates a new System Information file each time system information is accessed. You need to allow a minute or two for the file to be fully populated before exporting a copy. Please upload to your Sky Drive, share with everyone and post a link here. Please say if the report has been obtained in safe mode.

yeah, I don't know what is going on. I told MSinfo to save the information, but it won't open it afterward. opening it with notepad reveals that the information is indeed there and has been recorded, but looks like xml code or something was used.   On a side note, after enabling driver verifier as directed, a BSOD occurs during every boot 000.fcl is the reported as the cause. the file is part of one of Cyberlink PowerDVD 13.  I know that under normal conditions (running without verifier) that no blue screen ever occurs, and that PowerDVD 13 is fully functional and does not crash at all. can I safely ignore this BSOD? I would supply a minidump just to be sure, except the whole dump process stalls at "initializing disk to record dump information (sic)"
