Has anyone else been unable to install this update? I have tried 5 times without success. I have even tried by downloading directly from the Microsoft web site to no avail. Seems to be no mention of this failure on the M/s site.

2014-05-15T19:28:43+00:00 I've not seen failures with this update which is why there's nothing documented. What error code do you get when you try to install it?
