Windows 8.1 Install Error 0xC1900101-0x20017

I had this problem upgrading from windows 8 to the preview and was never able to install it. Now I just try with the final and same problem is happening.

Microsoft is really disappointing me. This is ridiculous

    By PC Reset, do you mean restart the computer?

    I am having this exact error and this exact issue.  Been following lots of different suggestions, to no avail.

    Did you do the PC Reset?

    A Reset reinstalls the OS - All of your personal files will be deleted and your settings will be reset. All apps that you installed will be removed. Only apps that came with your PC will be reinstalled.

    Is 13 April 2016 and Microsoft not found any solution to problem.

    Another year of work in Linux and I no longer want to work with a system that only gave me problems and headaches.

    Why are less buyers for phones with Windows ? I guess nobody wants to take issues with windows system from pc on a phone.

    Nobody from Microsoft are guilty for issues, just hardware producer are guilty for error of system operating produce by Microsoft.
