How to re-enable Bluetooth in PC Settings

I recently turned off my Bluetooth device by

1.       Opening PC Settings

2.       Selecting PC and devices and then Bluetooth.

3.       Changing the Manage Bluetooth devices switch to Off.

Now Bluetooth settings don’t even appear in PC Settings.  If I go to PC Settings, and then PC and devices, the Bluetooth settings have disappeared.

How can I turn my Bluetooth devices back on?

Hi,

This can happen if the Bluetooth device uses a Bluetooth 3.0 radio that is turned off by the manufacturer’s software.

If turning the Bluetooth device off causes your Bluetooth settings to disappear, follow these steps to re-enable your Bluetooth device:

1.     Open PC Settings

2.     Select Network, and then Airplane mode.

If your Bluetooth device was previously paired, there should be an Enable Bluetooth switch.  Switch it to On.

    I am having the same problem.  When I go to PC Settings, and I select Network and then Airplane mode, the computer will not allow me to use the Enable Bluetooth switch.  In addition, a bluetooth option no longer appears in my PC Settings.  I should add that yesterday, my bluetooth was working fine.  However, there was a substantial Windows 8.1 upgrade.  Bluetooth stopped working after the upgrade.

    What is happening with the BLUETOOTH set up?? Tried so many time already and i'm getting sick and tired with it.

    Kept on searching for a device and yet still not working.

    Any solutions???
