Windows 8.1 BSOD: netwlv64.sys

After years without any BSODs (page file disabled), my 8510w suddenly starting BSODing today on netwlv64.sys.  Then I noticed my battery was down at 9% (batt won't charge anymore), which is below the 10% default system low battery level.  I changed the low power level to 6% and they BSODs went away.  There looks to be a few different ways to hit this crash.  Driver: Intel 4965AGN wifi driver: 13.3.0.137 8/15/2010.

I put just an update for people suffering from the same issue.

I got an 8710w HP/Compaq Laptop and testing Windows 10 Tech Preview (Fast Ring).

No problem with BSOD until build fbl_impressive 10049.

Now every now and then (overall under network stressing) I get a BSOD netwlv64.sys

I'm uploading a huge amount of data to onedrive and it seems to stimulate the event (anyway I got a plethora of event id 5010 on my system viewer....).

In my IT experience, I had to return to the factory brand new machines with Intel Adapters as DOA, before understanding that Wi-Fi Routers had a role on this.

I can't be more precise neither I'm able to identify which protocol or lower layer handshaking may interfere and crash the kernel system.

As you noticed, even the battery (in my case completely dead) may have a role on it.

That's it.

Got no solution right now and I'm trying empirically what others tried successfully before.

the problem is with the in box 13.3 drivers packaged with 8.1 and 10 

those drivers labelled 13.3  has the same symptoms with win 7 as well . avoid using the 13.3 versions

i have retried the win 7 inbox driver (12.xx.xx)  by Microsoft should resolved the issue

The drivers i have posted are newer than yours .. from my expereince the 11xx drivers do not offer great speeds but the 12.xxxx drivers do ....

IDK about the speed and all that... but i can say that my D/U speed is the same as the 13 drivers that windows provides. After installing the 11 driver i haven't had any more BSOD regarding internet drivers and i can say that this is the best solution. Newer isn't always better you know....
