sir the issue is not persisting in the new administrator acct.

After analysing the logs, it seems that the issue could be either due to corrupted user account or syatem files.

Please follow the steps:

Step 1: I would suggest you to check the issue in new user account.

You can refer to the link to create another user account.

Create a user account

Step 2:

Follow the steps to change the account type of the new account to administrator by navigating to user accounts under control panel:

a. Press Window key + X and select Control Panel.

b. Click on User accounts.

c.Click on Manage another account.

d.Click on the new account that you have just created.

e.Click on Change account type settings.

f.Click on Change account type.

g.Click on Administrator.

h.Click on change account type.

i. Restart the computer and log in through the new administrator account.

Step 3: If the issue doesn't persist in new user account,transfer the profile data to this account.

Please follow the steps below to do that:

a) Press Window key + Xtogether and select Windows Explorer.

b) Click on View taband Click on Options at the top right corner.

c) Click the View tab, and then click Show hidden files, folders, and drives.

d) Uncheck the box which states **Hide protected operating system files.**e) Click Yes to confirm, and then click OK.

f) Locate the C:\Users\Old_Username folder, where C is the drive that Windows is installed on, and Old Username is the name of the profile you want to copy files from.

g) Select all of the files and folders in this folder, except the following files:

•Ntuser.dat •Ntuser.dat.log •Ntuser.ini

h) Right click and Select Copy.

i) Locate the C:\Users\New_Username folder, where C is the drive that Windows is installed on, and New Username is the name of the new user profile you created.

j) Right click inside the folder and select Paste.
