"Your computer is low on memory" when its clearly not

I hate to break it to you guys, but I am having the same issue with Windows 7, without any games being run (Steam is installed but I rarely play any games whatsoever and it doesn't even auto sign in on boot; the only one I have installed currently I think is Rise of Nations and I haven't played in months.)  I do have an Nvidia video card with the latest driver and the issue of the memory warnings started about a month or two ago after a couple of closely released video card updates.  However, I really suspect this is an Adobe Creative Cloud issue.  Specifically for me, Fireworks CS5 seems to be the offender, however I've been unable to confirm this.  How many of you are running an Adobe CC or CS5 product?  Or maybe even Acrobat?

I have an Intel I7 that has run Windows 7 Ultimate x64, with 8 GB of RAM, for about three years now without issues, that on bootup shows about 2.3 GB RAM being used and after opening a few programs shows about 3GB being used, but once Fireworks or Dreamweaver or other Adobe CC programs open (usually Fireworks) and have manipulated an image or two, the memory usage goes to nearly 7GB!!!!  No complex images are necessary to produce this behavior.  

Also of note, this could have also started happening after a couple of Microsoft updates for the o/s.  It's annoying to say the least when you are developing a website or app and have a lot of different pages open that have different logins, to go and reboot this absurdly powerful machine that should have no problem opening a 10MB file in Fireworks.

I have the same problem with a similar rig to JoeMacDonalddddd. That is, an Intel NUC. Latest Haswell chip. 16GB RAM. Windows 8.1 Pro with Windows Media Centre. Again, as posted by JoeMacDonalddddd it is a minor irritation, but needs to be fixed.

My NUC is totally over engineered, so I do not know why this error pops up all the time. I only use it as a Media Centre!!!

No games. Check the odd email. Very little web surfing. It's clean and new!!

I've contacted Microsoft and Intel - They do not know what's wrong:

Microsoft have remotely logged into my PC numerous times and run various scans, checked for malware / viruses, checked drivers, and all is clean and up to date.

Intel do not know either. Latest BIOS / drivers are up to date.

I have the same problem - it has nothing to do with games.

I have used Microsoft operating systems for (literally) 30 years. Windows 8.1 is an abortion.
