"Your computer is low on memory" when its clearly not

hello, i get the same problem (windows 8.1, 64bit) i have 8gb Ram and this is a new computer. 

i look at the task manager and says i used up 3gb of memory and used 80% when i have 5gb left.

 and why does 500mb count as 30% that mean it adds up to less than 4gb of Ram even if i have 8gb of ram. this just stupid and doesn't make sense.

need help.

i will try the 5th post just to try it.

Follow Following Steps To Resolve Problem :-

1. Click the "Start" button. Select the "Control Panel." If "System and Maintenance" is an available option, click it. Then click "System."
2. Select "Advanced system settings" from the menu on the left side. Click Settings button from performance option. Performance options will be displayed. If you are prompted for the administrator password, enter it and click "OK."
3. Press the "Advanced" tab. Find the "Virtual Memory" heading the click "Change."
4. Uncheck the box labelled "Automatically manage paging file size for all drives."
5. Find the list of drives under the heading "Drive [Volume Label]." Click on the drive that contains the operating system, as this is the drive of which you will adjust the virtual memory. Click "Custom size."
6. Edit the number in the text boxes for "Initial size (MB)" and "Maximum size (MB)." (Same number for max and min) Click "Set" when you are finished. Click "OK."
7. Restart the computer if prompted.

If You want revert windows 8.1 to windows 8 follow:-

Save all your critical and personal data elsewhere.

Full reinstall.

Just using the product key won't 'revert back'. Win 8.1 was mostly a full reinstall, as will going to Win 8 will be.

That is why they suggested creating a USB recovery drive before going forward.

"If you're running Windows 8 and you install the preview using the ISO, you won't be able to uninstall it. You'll need to reinstall Windows 8 using recovery or installation media that came with your PC. If you don't have recovery media, you might be able to create a USB recovery drive. For more info, see Create a USB recovery drive."
