Catalyst Control Center cannot be started (Windows 8.1) Inspiron 15R SE (Insprion 7250)

It worked in Windows 8, but it won't start anymore!

No yellow triangles in the Device Manager.

Computer: Inspiron 7250

Note: This laptop has Integrated graphics. It has Intel HD Graphics 4000 + AMD Radeon 7700M Series graphics cards.

May 24, 2014 Edit: If you can't reinstall AMD using the answer below, just try searching the web for the latest drivers.

The first link is the download for the Radeon driver, and the second one is the Intel driver. They both need to be installed for everything to work properly.

i am also using inspiron 7520

after updating to 8.1 my amd catalyst control centre stopped wrkng

finally i got it resolved after installing "ccc2_install" in the folder path given below

C:\Program Files\AMD\CCC2\Install

    Hi, I do not have any such folder on my laptop (Dell Inspiron 15R with AMD Radeon HD7670M). I downloaded the driver and the bundle from the amd website, I am still unable to open Catalyst Control Centre. Please help. It is extremely frustrating. I am unable to install as it stops midway and says "Failed to load detection driver"

    I have been trying for over an hour and am unable to fix it.

    I have spent the last hour cursing Microsoft and this horrendous 8.1 update.

    Please help me before I throw my laptop at the wall and follow suit with my head.

    Hi, sorry, it does not work for me. I followed the steps, raised my hopes when I did find CCCinstall, but it just does not open. On trying to open CCC, I get the same problem, the error that Catalyst Control Center cannot be started. CCCinstall just does not open, no response on any number of double-clicks, enters, run as administrator, nothing.

    I am also unable to uninstall. 

    I found install manager (and setup, both of open the same install wizard type thing) at C:\AMD\Support\13-9_win7_win8_32_dd_ccc_whql\Bin\

    First it says "unable to load detection driver" and then:

    I had the same issue with my. Inspiron 15R 5521.

    None of the answers below helped and I eventually used the dell support center and got an answer:

    It's pretty easy to bring back the switchable graphic options on Windows 8.1. All you have to do is install the latest Windows 8.1 drivers in sequence. No worry I will list down the sequence as below. Just download and install each of them. Do reboot the system after each installation:

    The only changes to the list above was that I had to uninstall the 'dell touchpad' reboot then install 7 and when installing 9 I was informed that I had a newer version already installed.

    Caveat: 1 game (Mark of the ninja) now suffers an abysmal framerate (even in high performance mode) when in 8.0 it was really good. I suspect this is more a directx/windows 8.1 problem.
